Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
- Providing full support to CEO & COO management office
Managing day-to-day operations of top management office
Facilitating communication between management and direct reports
Preparing & editing correspondence, financial & other reports and presentations
Planning & scheduling meetings and appointments
Organizing all international & domestic meetings, phone calls,
Organizing & maintaining files and records
Organizing & managing business and personal travel arrangements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Excellent communication skills, positive and proactive attitude
Detail oriented, organized and structured
Self-confident, energetic
Team player, able to build positive and cooperative work relationships with all stakeholders
High degree of confidentiality, business ethics, integrity and responsibility
