Currently seeking for a Leasing Specialist position for our Istanbul based Company with the following qualifications to be assigned at our Akaretler Sıraevler mix-use Project, in charge of renting residences, offices, shops, short term events and organizing art fairs.

Responsibilities

To take an active role in renting residences, offices & shops
To organize short term events & art fairs
Coordination of the requests of tenants & organizing weekly tenants’ meetings
Preparation and update of branch & tenant mix
Follow up all lease-related contracts and process
To prepare presentations to be made to various parties
To analyze market trends & prepare detailed market researches
To research international & local tenants and bringing them into the portfolio
To identify the tenant related problems and sharing them with the relevant departments along with the requests and reporting them

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Sales, Engineering or Business Administration)
2+ years of experience in renting A+ residences, offices, shops and fairs
Advanced fluent writing and speaking skills both in English & Turkish is a must
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
A proven track record of positive sales performance
Effective use of MS Office programs and experience in reporting
Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems for the real estate sector is a priority
Preferably having a foreign customer portfolio
Strong human relations, communication and persuasion skills
Experienced in stress management
Result oriented
Prone to teamwork
No travel restrictions
Completed military service for male candidates
