The Peninsula Istanbul is one of the most luxurious hotel development project consisting of three historic Bosphorus -front buildings and a newly- built ballroom.

The facades of the historic buildings need to be preserved and the interiors are currently being redone; the ballroom building is under construction.

The interior designs are being done by Zeynep Fadillioglu.

The first Peninsula branded hotel in Turkey, the hotel will have direct access to c. 300 meter long pier located on the Bosphorus.

The project comprises over 460,000 SF of development area and includes 177 rooms, various F&B outlets, an outdoor pool, spa, gym, ballroom and retail areas.

Most of the rooms will enjoy direct views of the Bosphorus and Istanbul’s historic peninsula, a significant advantage to all other luxury hotel brands located in Istanbul.
