Bilgili Holding and Partners Secure $350 Million Financing from Starwood Property Trust for Manhattan's Premier Residential Destination, Greenwich
The developers of The Greenwich, the luxury residential tower designed by Rafael Viñoly, announced they have secured $350 million in development financing from Starwood Property Trust. The property is being developed by funds managed by affiliates of Bilgili Holding, Fortress Investment Group, and Bizzi & Partners.
