Beşiktaş, Istanbul, Türkiye
Located on a hillside in Istanbul's Ortaköy district, One Ortaköy bears the iconic design signature of architect Gökhan Avcıoğlu and was constructed in 2011.
One Ortaköy stands out as a symbolic building that has become the center of architectural discussions in Istanbul with its unique design and style. The project was built with an innovative and distinctive form defined by its curved façade and natural stone use. The organic structure of the building, composed of four circular, interconnected forms, gives it a quality that distinguishes it from other metallic buildings.
In addition to its attractive design, One Ortaköy provides its residents with privileged access to the city center, featuring 95 independent residences ranging from 98 to 325 square meters, social areas, a green roof and walking path within 2,600 square meters of private land, and a Bosphorus-view terrace pool. One Ortaköy covers a total area of 18,600 square meters.
