We spoke with Bilgili Holding CEO Sinan Temo about the group's planned investments in the new era.
Stating that they have signed a major partnership to build one of New York's tallest buildings, Bilgili Holding CEO Sinan Temo says, "The total volume of our partnered projects has exceeded $10 billion. We will grow in the US and Europe. We are pursuing projects that will both challenge and motivate us."
Bilgili Holding — which revitalized a major asset through the Akaretler Sıraevler project and made its name globally with the Galataport project — recently entered into a major partnership in the US.
Bilgili's BLG Capital partnered with Italy-based Bizzi & Partners and made a rapid entry into the market with the skyscraper project at 125 Greenwich Street in New York.
The CEO seat at Bilgili Holding is now occupied by Sinan Temo, the nephew of Chairman Serdar Bilgili. We met with the family's third-generation representative — still only 33 years old — at Bilgili Holding's Akaretler office.
Stating that the total volume of the group's currently co-invested projects has reached $10 billion, Sinan Temo says that, through the partnership in America, they will undertake major work abroad as well.
