Miami’s $200-per-foot office era is here
Miami’s top office building are now commanding rents once considered unthinkable outside New York and Silicon Valley.
Bilgili + Bizzi and partners developed the recently completed five-story, 60,000-square-foot office building in South of Fifth, designed by Spanish architect Alberto Campo Baeza. An LOI is out for a full-floor lease at $230 per square foot, which would rank among Miami-Dade’s highest office rents. The glass-and-marble building has a 35-foot lobby, rooftop greenery and a planned Sant Ambroeus restaurant.
