Architects pursue high design with the latest New York projects
The final design of this residential tower, developed by Bilgili Holding, Bizzi & Partners and Fortress Investment, is by renowned Uruguayan architect Rafael Viñoly. Herr said that Viñoly and his team wanted to design a building that would stand out for its elegance while still fitting into the eclectic architectural diversity of the neighborhood. A few blocks from The Greenwich are One World Trade Center's glass tower, Santiago Calatrava's Oculus, and the marble-clad Perelman Performing Arts Center.
