The 9200 Wilshire development project is located in Beverly Hills, long known as one of Los Angeles' most attractive neighborhoods. 

BLG acquired this project in an off-market transaction for a significant development opportunity. BLG obtained the full set of construction documents and all necessary approvals and permits. 

The building was designed by MVE & Partners and offers full-service amenities such as an owners-exclusive rooftop pool with café, rooftop lounge, spa and fitness center and concierge services. There is also a high-end ground floor restaurant that will provide room service to all owners. 

The structure occupies a full city block on Wilshire Boulevard and provides two private driveways with main entrances on South Palm and Maple Street. These roads are the tranquil streets of Beverly Hills lined with palm trees. 

In 2021, BLG sold its interests in Mandarin Oriental Residences Beverly Hills and no longer has a management role at Mandarin Oriental Residences Beverly Hills, but retains its share of future profits from Mandarin Oriental Residences Beverly Hills.
